7. Color Disclaimer
Colors viewed on-screen may appear different when printed due to monitor settings and print materials. Slight color variations are not considered manufacturing defects and are not eligible for refund or return.
8. Production and Delivery
Products may be produced in the United States or abroad. Estimated delivery dates are for reference only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside of our control.
9. Return and Refund Policy
We guarantee that products sold by Shallprint are free from manufacturing defects and are valid for 120 days from the date of purchase. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us with a photo or return the item. Upon review, we may issue a replacement, store credit, or refund via the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
10. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to use the website to:
