What is Shallprint's Refund & Replacement Policy?

At ShallPrint Custom Solutions, we stand behind our work. Every custom product undergoes 100% inspection before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. Should any issue occur, we'll make it right under this policy. Claims must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery.

Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements

Custom products are made to order specifically for you and are eligible for replacements only.

We'll replace custom products for:

  • Shipping damage (visible packaging/product damage)
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Lost shipments (verified with carrier)
  • Customization errors we caused (incorrect design, text, or sizing)

Not eligible for replacement:

  • Color/texture/size variations resulting from:
    • Digital display differences
    • Natural material variations
    • Craftsmanship characteristics
  • Customer-provided errors (typos, wrong details, design approval oversights)
    • Pro Tip: Triple-check your customization details before finalizing your order!

How to Request a Refund or Replacement?

1. Report Promptly

Within 3 days of delivery:

  • Log into My Account
  • Open a support ticket
  • Upload clear photos showing the issue
  • Include order number and description

2. Our Review

Our Quality Team will:

  • Acknowledge your claim within 12 business hours
  • Request additional info if needed
  • Determine replacement eligibility

3. Return Requirements

If approved:

  • Products must be unused
  • Original packaging required
  • Return shipping label provided by us

Please note that the final decision regarding a replacement, refund, or other resolution will be made by Shallprint. However, we are committed to ensuring a fair and satisfactory outcome for our customers.
