Refund & Replacement Policy

At Shallprint, we stand behind the quality of our custom products.

Every item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our standards.

If an issue arises, we are committed to resolving it fairly and efficiently.

Eligibility for Refunds and Replacements

Because each product is custom-made, refunds are generally not available.

Issues will typically be resolved through replacements. Refunds may only be considered if a replacement is not possible.

We will replace products in the following cases:

  • Shipping damage (visible packaging or product damage)
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Customization errors caused by Shallprint (wrong design, text, or size)

Not eligible for replacement:

  • Color, texture, or size variations due to screen display differences, natural material variations, or normal craftsmanship characteristics
  • Customer-provided errors, including typos, incorrect details, or approval of an incorrect design

Note: Please double-check all customization details before placing your order.

Timeframe to Report an Issue

Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

This allows enough time for you to inspect your order while ensuring timely resolution.

How to File a Claim

1. Report the issue

  • Log into My Account or use our support form
  • If you are using a guest account, please contact us directly via email at info@shallprint.com
  • Provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and upload photos if applicable

2. Our review

  • Our Quality Team will acknowledge your claim within 12 business hours
  • Additional details may be requested if needed
  • A decision will be made on eligibility for replacement or refund
  • Upon confirmation of the refund, we will process the reimbursement to your original payment account within 7 business days

3. Return requirements

  • Products must be unused and returned in original packaging
  • If Shallprint is at fault, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided
  • If the customer requests a return for personal reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Important Notes

  • Delivery & Lost Packages: If the carrier confirms delivery but you cannot locate the package, we will assist with the carrier’s investigation. However, Shallprint cannot be held liable once a package is marked “delivered.”
  • Color Variations: Please note that slight differences in color between your screen and the printed product are normal and not considered defects.
  • Final Decision: Shallprint reserves the right to make the final decision on replacements, refunds, or alternative resolutions. Our priority is to ensure a fair and satisfactory outcome for every customer.
